RETURNS:

Universal or in-stock items can be returned or exchanged with-in 21 days of the original receipt of goods by calling 1-800-808-DASH(3274) and obtaining a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. We do not charge any restocking fees. The shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Extreme Auto Seat Covers guarantees the fit and quality of all of our custom and tailor made products. Any errors by the manufacturer will be corrected at no cost to the purchaser. For non-fit issues, it needs to be verified by a picture stating the problem. Call 1-800-808-3274 for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without an return authorization number. When you call for an authorization number we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the product and we will pay all shipping costs. Due to the custom made nature of these products, these products are not refundable or exchangeable. Customers are 100% responsible for choosing the correct color, fabric and seat style for their vehicle.Customers are also responsible for the correct installation of the product. If customers are unable to install, they may need a professional installation at a dealership or upholstery shop.

CANCELLATIONS:

Once an order has gone into production it will not be able to be cancelled. One we receive your order we review it for correctness and send it to production. It may be cut the same day and be waiting for sewing and completion. Then we inspect it and prepare it for shipping. This could take 2-4 weeks for seat covers, 1-2 weeks on Custom dash covers, and 1-2 weeks on Custom floor mats.

WARRANTY:

Extreme Auto products come with a one year manufacturers warranty on workmanship and defects in the material. Email for an RA# prior to returning. Warranty claims won't be accepted without an RA#
